Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.
Certifications - Acquire ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
