Job Description

Seeking experienced Brazers to braze copper components and coil assemblies. Candidates must be able to use measuring tools and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and braze copper components, headers, manifolds, and coil assemblies
• Set up and operate oxygen-acetylene brazing equipment
• Read and follow blueprints and coil prints
• Use brazing rods and flux to create strong, quality joints
• Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
• Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures and other tools
• Monitor material inventory and report shortages
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements

• Previous brazing experience required
• Experience hand-brazing
• Attention to detail

Work Environment

This position is based in a large plant environment that is not temperature-controlled. The role requires standing and walking for long periods. You will work around production equipment and brazing tools, including oxygen-acetylene torches, hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grenada, MS.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
