\nErie Family Health Centers, a top workplace in Chicago and suburbs, is looking for a valuable addition to our Reproductive Health team! Certified Nurse Midwives will provide primary health care service to patients in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease and surveillance of pregnancy. Acts as primary health care provider with the scope of his/her primary care specialty. Performs physical examinations on new and return clients. Refers patients to specialists as necessary. Documents all patient care activities. Maintain a productivity level necessary to reach mandated annual level of encounters.
