This role is essential for covering a leave of absence and will focus on the technical color development for footwear materials. The successful candidate will work closely with the Color Development and Materials Development teams.Required QualificationsExperience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical color development for footwear materials is required, including textiles, leathers, polymers, or printing.Technical Skills:Proficiency in color development for footwear materials.Completion of a color acuity test, such as the Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Hue Test, with a superior score for color vision.Ability to interpret color reading reports.Experience measuring color with a Spectrophotometer and reviewing color in a light box.Familiarity with Smartsheets and Excel.Preferred QualificationsMaterial or product development experience with a focus on color development.Experience working with color lab dips, working in a color lab, or conducting digital and visual color research.Previous industry experience is preferred.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
