Responsibilities: Support corporate transactions, including entity formations, venture capital financings, M&A matters, IPOs, and securities offerings. Maintain corporate records and governance documents, including organizational records, resolutions, and annual filings. Assist with due diligence, transaction documentation, and legal research related to corporate and securities matters. Support equity incentive plan administration and securities law compliance for private and public company clients.
