Crestfield Talent is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to support client relationships assist with customer onboarding and help ensure a positive experience throughout the customer journey.
This hybrid role is suited for someone who enjoys building relationships solving problems and working with different teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Support customers throughout onboarding and ongoing service activities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone email and digital communication channels
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers
Assist customers with product information account questions and service requests
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding requests and service updates
Assist with customer retention and engagement initiatives
Track customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to internal teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools
Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Previous experience in customer service customer support account management hospitality or related fields is preferred
