What You'll Do Diagnostic Testing & Analysis - Conduct a wide range of laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and body fluids using advanced lab techniques.
Instrument Operation & Maintenance - Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated lab equipment to ensure consistent, accurate results.
Interpretation & Clinical Support - Analyze lab data and collaborate with physicians and medical staff to guide diagnosis and treatment decisions.
Quality Assurance & Compliance - Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards through regular audits and quality control procedures.
Mentorship & Collaboration - Provide guidance and mentorship to lab technicians while promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
Qualifications Education: - Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
Certification: - ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).
- New graduates eligible for certification are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Experience: - Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
- Proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus
