Job Description

Apply clinical expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through rigorous, real-world medical reasoning. This remote contractor role is suited to medical students, residents, physicians, and candidates with equivalent biomedical expertise who can create precise, defensible evaluations. Key Responsibilities

• Create original, high-difficulty medical question-and-answer pairs spanning diagnosis, disease mechanisms, pharmacology, clinical guidelines, and clinical judgment.
• Develop questions that require synthesis and nuanced clinical reasoning, rather than simple fact recall.
• Research, verify, and document answers using primary literature, clinical guidelines, and other authoritative references, including rationale and citations.
• Assess AI responses, revise questions that are too straightforward, and increase complexity while preserving clinical accuracy.
• Write clear, precise, unambiguous questions and answers that can be defended clinically.
• Incorporate reviewer feedback and follow evolving project standards and guidelines.

• Current medical training or clinical practice as a student, resident, or physician, or equivalent biomedical expertise.
• Strong research and source-triangulation skills, including the ability to locate, interpret, and synthesize primary literature and clinical guidelines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, written precision, and strong written English skills. Native fluency is not required.
• Ability to create engaging, well-structured, clinically nuanced questions.
• Self-direction and reliability when managing independent remote work.
• Experience in medical question writing, peer review, or evaluative projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI or machine-learning systems and model evaluation is helpful but not required. No prior AI experience is required.

• Remote independent contractor engagement.
• Minimum weekly task-submission requirements apply.
• Selected candidates are expected to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing the required onboarding steps.

• Compensation is output-based and paid per task that meets project specifications.
• Expected pay range is $40 to $90 per hour. Time required per task may vary based on experience and workflow.
