Key responsibilities Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims Interact extensively with claimants and clients to ensure effective resolution and communication Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 5 years related claims experience Active adjuster's license in Minnesota or other relevant states Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices Computer experience with claims and business software
