Position OverviewWe are seeking a visionary highly collaborative and deeply technical Product Manager to drive the strategy evolution and success of our core financial ecosystem In this role you will bridge the gap between complex financial workflows and elegant technology solutionsThe ideal candidate possesses deep domain expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting principles and enterprise financial systems Beyond your technical and analytical capabilities you are an exceptional communicator who thrives on direct interaction with end-users transforming user pain points feedback and operational realities into a seamless product roadmapKey ResponsibilitiesProduct Vision Strategy Own the end-to-end product lifecycle strategy and roadmap for our financial technology suite centering heavily around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and integrated accounting applicationsEnd-user Advocacy Engagement Act as the primary high touch liaison to our end-users and internal stakeholders finance teams accountants operations Conduct continuous user interviews feedback sessions and workshops to truly understand user behaviors friction points and needsRequirements Translation Translate complex accounting practices compliance regulations and raw user feedback into clear actionable product requirements epics and user storiesCross Functional Collaboration Partner closely with engineering data business analysts and Microsoft partners consultants to architect build and deploy robust ERP customizations integrations and automation featuresChange Management Communication Author crystal-clear release notes user documentation and training materials Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to both technical teams and nontechnical business leadersFinancial Compliance Ensure all system changes align with corporate accounting standards GAAPIFRS internal controls SOX compliance where applicable and tax regulationsRequired Skills QualificationsExperience 10 years of product management experience with at least 4 years dedicated specifically to ERP software financial technology FinTech or accounting systemsBusiness Central Expertise Hands-on experience implementing configuring or managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or legacy Dynamics NAV Deep familiarity with its core financial modules General Ledger Accounts Payable Receivable Fixed Assets Cash ManagementDomain Knowledge Solid foundational understanding of accounting principles financial reporting reconciliation and month end close processesMasterful Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills The ability to practice active listening with end-users articulate the why behind product decisions and explain highly technical financial concepts in simple empathetic and humancentric language. Have exceptional organizational skills and be able to effectively manage status across multiple system modulesInfluence Without Authority Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder environments building deep trust with executive leaders and steering cross functional engineering teamsAnalytical Mindset Strong data driven problem-solving skills comfortable diving into complex financial data schemas system integrations and APIsPreferred QualificationsBackground degree or certifications in Accounting Finance Business Administration or Computer ScienceExperience with Business Central extensions AL language development concepts Power Platform Power BI Power Automate or third-party FinTech integrationsExperience working in an Agile Scrum development environment
