We're looking for a dependable transaction coordinator to support our real estate team. This is a work-from-home, part-time (approx. 4-6 hrs per day) contract opportunity for someone who loves organization, communicates well, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'd be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure contracts are approved for a smooth and successful sale. You'd also be managing emails, documents, scheduling, and maintaining database health. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb communication skills. Qualifications

• Georgia Real Estate License preferred
• Previous experience in transaction coordination or administrative work preferred
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Takes initiative and follows through without constant supervision.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Can manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up tasks.
• Is comfortable with technology, email, spreadsheets, databases, and online platforms.
• Works independently and communicates consistently in a remote environment.
• Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
• Enjoys supporting a team and takes ownership of getting things done.
