Receiving Warehouse Manager (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Location: Delray Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Receiving Warehouse Manager to lead the receiving operations at our Delray Beach distribution facility. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has strong leadership skills, and possesses extensive experience managing receiving, inventory control, warehouse personnel, and inbound logistics. This is a hands-on management role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain an efficient and accurate receiving process in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily receiving operations, ensuring shipments are received accurately and efficiently.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate receiving and warehouse associates.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.
• Inspect incoming products for quantity, quality, and damage, reporting discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate unloading schedules with carriers and vendors.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory transactions within the warehouse management system.
• Perform and oversee cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, organized, and stored according to company standards.
• Collaborate with purchasing, inventory control, shipping, and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, drivers, and internal departments in both English and Spanish.
• Prepare receiving reports and monitor key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse receiving management or supervisory experience.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong knowledge of receiving procedures, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Previous experience managing warehouse personnel and daily workflow.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
