My client is an independent full-service agency with strong roots in the higher edu space. We're seeking out a Senior Media Buyer to join the team and take ownership of planning, executing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on integrated paid media campaigns.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on digital media professional who enjoys working across multiple channels, managing meaningful client accounts, and partnering with both internal teams and clients. The agency works across a range of industries, and offers a collaborative environment with strong opportunities for growth.

Location: New York City

Work Schedule: Hybrid — 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Search, Social, Display, CTV, Programmatic, and other digital channels.
\n
• Support the execution of media plans across multiple platforms, including audience targeting, budget allocation, campaign setup, and performance tracking.
\n
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, ROI, and overall results.
\n
• Analyze campaign data and translate performance into clear, actionable insights and reporting.
\n
• Participate in internal and client meetings to discuss strategy, performance, and recommendations.
\n
• Manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
\n
• Stay current on emerging digital media trends, platforms, and best practices.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 2–5 years of experience in digital campaign setup, management, and optimization.
\n
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Snap Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit Ads, and TikTok Ads.
\n
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker Studio/Data Studio, and other analytics, tracking, and visualization tools.
\n
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
\n
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and complex campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present campaign performance and recommendations to clients.
\n
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and respond quickly to client needs.
\n
• Experience with traditional media is a plus.
\n
• Higher Education or agency experience is a plus.
\n
