We're a boutique firm, so you'll work directly on complex deals from your first month, in a team where your analysis is seen and used, not buried under layers of hierarchy. Location: Onsite, five days per week in Cedarhurst, NY. Relocation costs are not covered. Job Description Accurately populate standardized templates with financial data and keep them current as deals progress. Gather and organize documents needed for transaction closings Assist with updating trackers, checklists, and internal databases as deals progress Respond to routine internal requests for data or status updates Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 1-2 years' experience in real estate or finance a plus Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel Effective time management and ability to multitask Attention to detail Strong writing skills Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
