Job Requirements:

• Japanese native preferred.
• Proven salese experience is preferred but not a must
• Possess an international perspective and strategic business thinking, with excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong communication, expression, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly motivated, with strong professional ethics and integrity.

• Analyze international market trends, understand competitor landscape, and formulate market expansion strategies.
• Develop foreign trade sales targets and plans aligned with company strategy, and ensure achievement of sales objectives.
• Identify and develop new client resources to expand the company's international market share.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, including customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends, to provide insights for product development and market strategies.
• Manage and maintain existing client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster client loyalty.
• Develop and implement product promotion plans, publicizing company products through various channels.
• Participate in international exhibitions to showcase and promote products.
• Assess and control various risks in foreign trade operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Continuously optimize sales strategies and workflows based on market feedback and business conditions to improve efficiency.
