Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Riviera Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.00 hourly (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and inventory team. This leadership role is responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, ensuring inventory accuracy, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, warehouse management experience, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure daily operational goals are met.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory control, and material handling operations.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure customer and production orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with purchasing, production, and customer service teams.
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and rotation of inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Utilize NetSuite ERP to track inventory transactions, monitor stock levels, and generate reports (preferred).
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping errors.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Schedule daily warehouse activities and assign work based on operational priorities.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Previous experience in inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems or ERP software; NetSuite experience is highly preferred .
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
